Jessica & Jeremy | Indianapolis Wedding

When they visited last Spring, I knew he was the one for her.  They compliment one another perfectly and make an amazing team.  So when I got the text on July 4th, with the picture of the stunning ring, I was beyond excited!  Jessica has been one of my dearest friends since we roomed together in college.  (In fact, her whole family became very special to us and sort of became our second family.)  Jess is one of the most thoughtful people I know, never missing a birthday or special occasion and always making those around her feel special.  She is beautiful, intelligent, and has a fantastic sense of humor!  She has also been through her share of heartache, so it wasn't going to be easy for us to put our seal of approval on just any guy.  But meeting Jeremy was so reassuring!  His calm and kind demeanor and his quick wit make him a great match for Jess.  They are an amazing team and I can't wait to see what God has in store for their life together!

Through an unfortunate turn of events, Jessica and Jeremy's original photographer wasn't able to photograph their wedding day.  However, I was completely honored to step in!  (God is so good and works things out in amazing ways!)  This meant I not only got to watch my girl marry her best friend, but I also got to document the event!  I flew to Indianapolis on Friday and stayed for the whole weekend.  It was incredible to have the opportunity to capture each moment of the occasion with no time restrictions!  The whole weekend was full of joy, laughter, friendship and family.  It was rainy and cold but there was complete warmth throughout the whole event!

I will warn you that this is, by far, the longest blog I have ever posted!  I had no idea how to narrow down these photos.  I just wanted to tell the whole story of the day.  :)

After Jessica and Jeremy shared coffee (and prayer) together, she headed to the salon where the magic began!

Stunning! (Jess, Adele's got nothing on you!)

Introducing Tenley, the bride's niece and total cutie patootie!

Love this shot of Jessica with her mom and sister.  All smiles!

Jessica's Dad came in to tie the bow on her dress.  So sweet!

Workin it!

Everyone was totally relaxed pre-ceremony.  At this point we were all just "friending" each other and updating Facebook. :)

And now, on to the groom!

Looking over his vows...

A cord of three strands is not easily broken...

The vows were beautiful.  Every word from the heart.

Husband and wife!

Loved, loved, loved all the beautiful reception details...

Because they are very passionate about orphan care and the ministry of Show Hope, in lieu of favors, Jess and Jeremy chose to make a donation in honor of all their guests.  They also had an information table set up, complete with an engagement photo of the two of them sporting their Show Hope gear. Loved it!

Let the fun begin!

Jessica and Jeremy, we love you so much!  Thank you so much for letting me play a part in your wedding day.  It was such a blessing!  I can't wait to see what this next chapter in life brings you.  Please visit us very soon!  And before that, call and tell us all about Ireland!
